TIM STEVENS | OWNER/OPERATOR
Tim Stevens began his hospitality career at 15, waiting tables in Clearwater, FL. His passion for the industry led him to Atlanta, where he earned a degree in Hospitality Administration from Georgia State University. He quickly made a name for himself as the youngest General Manager at Buckhead Life Restaurant Group, overseeing acclaimed restaurants like Nava and Chops Steakhouse, where he earned awards for both wine selection and service excellence.
In 2004, Stevens expanded his expertise to Birmingham, AL, launching two successful restaurants before returning to Atlanta for executive roles with Culinary Concepts. His entrepreneurial drive led him to co-found From the Earth Brewing Company alongside industry icons, followed by Bask Steakhouse in 2023. Both establishments have become staples of Roswell’s dining scene, showcasing his dedication to exceptional hospitality.
LISA STEVENS | OWNER/MARKETING
Lisa earned her Bachelor’s in Speech Communications with a focus on Public Relations from Valdosta State University. In 2014, she embraced her entrepreneurial spirit by launching MKT Collaborative, a boutique marketing firm. She has since played a key role in branding and positioning From the Earth Brewing Company as a cornerstone of the Roswell community, focusing on outreach, events, and market engagement.
Recognized for her leadership, Lisa received Roswell Magazine’s “10 under 40” Award for her impact on both business and community. A dedicated advocate for The Drake House, she has supported its mission for over a decade and currently serves as Chairwoman of the Board. She has also been a keynote speaker at the Greater North Fulton Chamber of Commerce’s Women Influencing Business Leadership Summit and was a Business Women of Excellence Rising Star finalist. Additionally, Lisa serves on the Board of Directors for Roswell Economic Development and Tourism, Inc, which oversees Roswell Inc. and Visit Roswell initiatives and helps to drive business growth and tourism initiatives.
CHRIS MOSELEY | CULINARY DIRECTOR AND EXECUTIVE CHEF
Chef Chris Moseley, Executive Director at Bask Steakhouse, grew up between the mountains of Sonora, California, and the farming community of Ripon, where he developed a deep appreciation for agriculture, hunting, and fishing. His culinary journey began at 14 as a dishwasher in a local Italian restaurant, and despite studying data analytics in college, his passion for the kitchen led him to pursue formal training at Le Cordon Bleu. In 2005, Chris began cooking for music industry crews, eventually landing a role on Tim McGraw and Faith Hill’s Soul2Soul Tour in 2006. Between tours, he refined his skills in top restaurants, pastry shops, and butcher shops, gaining a well-rounded culinary expertise.
Joining Bask Steakhouse in 2023, Chris’s relentless pursuit of excellence has helped establish the restaurant as a premier destination for steak lovers, earning widespread acclaim and a devoted following.
NATHAN PETERSON | CULINARY DIRECTOR AND EXECUTIVE CHEF
Culinary Director and Executive Chef Nathan (Nate) Peterson, a Montana native, has dedicated over 15 years to the pursuit of exceptional hospitality. His culinary journey began in 2008 when he found himself in the dish pit of his uncle’s steakhouse, instantly captivated by the energy of the restaurant world. Determined to master every aspect of the industry, he spent over a decade honing his skills across four of his uncle’s restaurants before moving to Atlanta in 2022 to expand his expertise.
Beyond the kitchen, Nate is a mentor and leader, passionate about team development and recognizing untapped talent. He fosters a collaborative environment that encourages innovation and excellence. Committed to continuous learning, he frequently explores new culinary trends and techniques, bringing fresh inspiration to his team and the dining experience.
AUSTIN CLARK | GENERAL MANAGER
Austin Clark, a Georgia native, has built his career in the restaurant industry since his freshman year at Kennesaw State University, where he studied marketing. What started as a job to make ends meet quickly turned into a passion for hospitality. He thrives on creating meaningful connections with guests and appreciates the way friendships are forged over chef-driven, high-quality dishes.
As the General Manager of From the Earth Brewing Company, Austin plays a vital role in ensuring a top-tier dining and brewery experience. His leadership is instrumental in maintaining exceptional service, fostering a welcoming atmosphere, and overseeing daily operations. He is deeply committed to community engagement and upholding the brewery’s reputation as a staple in the Roswell area. Austin’s dedication to hospitality, combined with his strategic approach to management, continues to elevate From the Earth Brewing Company as a go-to destination for great food, craft beer, and unforgettable experiences.
ALEX CIABURRI | BREWMASTER
Alex, From the Earth Brewing Company’s Head Brewmaster, brings a decade of brewing expertise to the team. Originally from Belgium, he has called Atlanta home for the past 25 years, developing a deep appreciation for both traditional and innovative brewing techniques. His passion for craft beer and dedication to quality make him a perfect fit for FTE’s commitment to excellence.
As Head Brewmaster, Alex oversees the entire brewing process, from recipe development to production, ensuring each beer meets the high standards FTE is known for. He is constantly experimenting with new flavors and techniques while honoring classic brewing traditions. His goal is to enhance and expand FTE’s beer offerings, further solidifying its reputation as one of Roswell’s premier breweries.
