It has been an amazing journey making From The Earth Brewing Company a reality.

From the initial conversations of providing the city of Roswell with a new dining concept a couple years ago to actually conceptualizing it, pooling the resources, finding a location, drawing up the blueprints and finally being under construction, we are almost ready.

To get you acquainted and officially welcome you into our growing family tree proudly symbolized in our logo, we would like to share photos taken from the very beginning. This includes the leveling of dirt to serve as the base of our floors; having various materials delivered and assembled; finalizing our labeling; having countless tastings of culinary dishes and small-batch brews we aspire to wow you with; polishing our new brewing equipment; and working alongside like-minded individuals who wish to make From The Earth a brewpub unlike any other in South. It has especially been an honor working alongside icons in both the culinary and beverage sectors such as restauranteur Kevin Rathbun, brewing genius Kevin McNerney and beer authority Ale Sharpton to name a few.

Kindly look at these photos to get an idea of how far we have come and look for the grand opening of our 159-seat operation in mid-October. In The Leaflet, we will keep you updated with our delectable menu creations by executive chef Matthew Meacham, and what we plan to pour from our 16-spout tower. Of course, the latter will feature five beers crafted by our head brewer Jamie Parker plus two house-made sodas for everyone to enjoy, or this wouldn’t be a brewing company, right? We can’t wait to fill up our glassware and hand you one alongside our amazing fare.
